Centralized Enrollment and the OneApp

How does stu­dent enroll­ment work when there are no neigh­bor­hood schools? What are the costs and ben­e­fits of a com­mon appli­ca­tion and enroll­ment sys­tem, and what suc­cess­es have we seen with the OneApp? Are there sug­ges­tions of mis­un­der­stand­ings or dis­trust in the public’s response to OneApp? How might stu­dent enroll­ment be improved going forward?
