Jonathan Mills completed his Ph.D. in Education Policy at the University of Arkansas in 2015. His research interests focus on the effects of school choice programs on participating students and effects of financial aid on college outcomes. Mills additionally received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in economics from the University of Missouri.
