Whitney Ruble Wins Thomas B. Fordham Institute Prize

Whitney Ruble recognized for best conference paper submission at the 3rd Annual International School Choice & Reform Academic Conference in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Whit­ney Ruble, a PhD stu­dent in Tulane’s eco­nom­ics pro­gram, was named the win­ner of the Thomas B. Ford­ham Insti­tute prize at the 3rd Annu­al Inter­na­tion­al School Choice & Reform Con­fer­ence in Fort Laud­erdale, FL. Her paper, “What Fac­tors Are Involved in Deci­sions About Open­ing and Clos­ing Schools?
