Do New Orleans’ school lead­ers sense that they are in com­pe­ti­tion with oth­er schools? If so, how do they respond to that com­pe­ti­tion through, for exam­ple, mar­ket­ing, aca­d­e­m­ic improve­ment, and screen­ing out cer­tain types of stu­dents? To what degree has the OneApp helped address con­cerns with unin­tend­ed com­pet­i­tive respons­es by principals?
