Last month’s brown bag was a discussion of the basic principles of an effective test-based accountability system. What does an effective accountability system look like, and how does Louisiana’s current accountability system stack up? In this second part of the two-part series, Doug will present more specific recommendations for changes to Louisiana’s current accountability system.
